Appointments
Sian offers both in-person and virtual appointments as appropriate for your situation.

Here is what you need to know:

1.   Our response to COVID-19 is changing and we are guided by Public Health and the College of Physiotherapists. Currently COVID-19 screening is done along with an update on your health prior to appointments. Clients are urged to monitor their COVID-19 status and to cancel in-person appointments (at no charge) if they have symptoms. Sian will not see anyone in person who has symptoms, or who has been in close contact with someone with symptoms in the last 14 days.

2.     Sian wears a mask and other personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.

3.     All clients must wear a mask throughout the appointment. Sian can provide you with a non-medical mask if you don’t have your own.

4.     Client areas will be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected after each appointment.

5.     Clients are asked to arrive close to the start of the appointment to reduce the likelihood of overlapping with an earlier client.

Please note that due to the time required for cleaning and disinfecting treatment areas between appointments, Sian will be offering fewer time slots.
